*If date is less than 2 weeks notice, an expedite fee will be applied as follows:


7 to 13 days until selected date: $30 expedite fee

4 to 6 days until selected date: $40 expedite fee

1 to 3 days until selected date: $50 expedite fee


Not all bucket types may be available for orders requested less than 2 weeks notice.
