This isn’t your typical flower class with matching aprons and softly arranged roses. This is Bouquets + Bites - part creative therapy, part social club, and part excuse to eat cheese in a field.

Come to Grey Dog Flowers, a working flower farm just outside Asheville. It's like adult Summer Camp with plants. The flowers grow like boundaries are a suggestion, and everything is humming with the kind of joy you usually only see in toddlers and golden retrievers. It’s messy, bright, and just barely under control—which is exactly how it should be. 
 
We’ll kick things off with a mini farm tour, then graze on some charcuterie while pretending it’s not your third round with the brie, and finally dig into the good stuff: bouquet-making that’s all about your taste, your vibe, and your hands.
