Waiver Agreement

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a self-guided U-Pick experience at Grey Dog Flowers LLC at 110 Grey Haven Dr, Mills River, NC 28759. I understand this activity takes place entirely outdoors, and I will be walking on uneven ground, exposed to weather, and using sharp garden clippers. I understand that there are potential risks including but not limited to:

• Holes, rocks, uneven ground

• Bees and other stinging insects

• Poison ivy, blackberry thorns

• High heat and sun exposure (no shade)

• Proximity to a creek

• No restrooms or first aid on site

I agree to assume full responsibility for my safety and well-being.

Children must be supervised at all times. No children under 12 may use clippers. Dogs are permitted on-leash and must stay out of flower beds. I accept full responsibility for my child(ren) and pet(s) while on the property.

I agree not to hold Grey Dog Flowers LLC or its owners liable for any injury, illness, or damage sustained while visiting the property.

I give Grey Dog Flowers permission to use photos or videos taken of me or my group during our visit for marketing purposes.
